Ingredients list for Suva Soya Bhaji

  • 1/2 cup Dill leaves (suva)
  • 1 cup Soya Nuggets
  • 200 grams Tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 4-5 Green chillies, slit
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder
  • to taste Salt
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick kadai. Add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and green chillies and sauté. Mash tofu. Soak soya nuggets in water. Finely chop suva bhaji
  2. Add onion to the kadai and sauté till translucent. Add tofu, drained soya nuggets, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur and salt to the kadai and mix well.Add suva bhaji and lemon juice and mix, cook for 2 minutes. Transfer into a
