Add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and green chillies and sauté. Mash tofu. Soak soya nuggets in water. Finely chop suva bhaji Add onion to the kadai and sauté till translucent. Add tofu, drained soya nuggets, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur and salt to the kadai and mix well.Add suva bhaji and lemon juice and mix, cook for 2 minutes.
