This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless Chicken, Oyster Sauce Cuisine Thai Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Thai Chilli Chicken 500 grams Boneless Chicken sliced finely 1 medium Oyster Sauce 2 tablespo Oil 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons Green chilli chopped 3 tablespoons Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped Method Chop the onion finely. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté till brown. While the onion is browning heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Pour the egg whites into a bowl. Add cornflour, refined flour and whisk to make a smooth batter. Add ½ cup water and whisk. Dip the chicken in this batter and deep fry in hot till light brown. Drain and set aside. Add garlic to the onions and sauté till brown. Add red chillies and green chillies and sauté. Add oyster sauce and mix. Add chicken cube and ¼ cup water and mix. Chop the coriander leaves and add. Mix well.
