By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Aug 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole Egg, Fresh Cream Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 1-1.30 hour Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Toffee Creme Brulee 1 Whole Egg 2 Fresh Cream 3/4 cup Castor sugar 1 1/2 cups Fresh cream 2 teaspoons Vanilla essence 1/2 cup Condensed milk Method Preheat oven to 110°C. Whisk together whole egg, egg yolks and half cup of castor sugar in a bowl. Heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add egg mixture and mix well. Add vanilla essence and condensed milk and mix well. Pour the mixture into four individual ramekin moulds. Put the moulds in a baking tray, half filled with water. Cover with aluminium foil and prick the foil with a fork. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for twenty minutes. Remove from oven and cool down to room temperature. Refrigerate for one to two hours. Before serving, sprinkle the remaining sugar equally on all the moulds and melt the sugar with a blow torch. Serve immediately.
