Tomato, Coconut mix Chutney By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Jul 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tomato, Coconut Cuisine Kerala Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet and Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Tomato, Coconut mix Chutney 2 medium Tomato diced 1/4 cup Coconut grated 1 teaspoon Oil 1 medium Onion, diced 2 cloves Garlic, crushed 2 Whole dry red chillies 1/3 cup coriander leaves, chopped to taste Salt Method Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add garlic and whole red chillies, saute well for half a minute. Add onions and saute till soft. Add tomatoes and salt. Mix well and cook for five minutes till tomatoes are soft. Add coconut and coriander leaves. Mix well. Saute for five minutes. Remove from heat.
