By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yellow chillies, Hazelnuts Cuisine Fusion Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Yellow Chilli Dip 3-4 Yellow chillies 4 tablespoons Hazelnuts 4 tablespoons Olive oil 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 large Onion chopped 5-6 cloves Garlic chopped 4-5 sprigs Fresh coriander leaves 1 large Tomato roughly chopped to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Crushed red chillies 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Method Advertisment Crush the hazelnuts in a mixer and set aside. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, add onion and garlic and sauté. Crush the fresh yellow chillies in a mixer. Add to the onions in the pan and continue to sauté. Crush the tomato and coriander leaves in a mixer and add to the mixture in the pan and continue to sauté. Add salt and mix well. Add crushed hazelnuts and stir for a minute or two. Add crushed red chillies and turn off the heat. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add lemon juice and the remaining olive oil. Mix and serve as a dip.
