Nutritious breakfast can give you the much needed head-start. Scrumptious protein rich poha and bajre ki roti with pineapple power drink is all you need.

Shopping list

200 grams millet flour

4 cups tinned pineapple juice

1 tinned pineapple ring, chopped 

1 medium carrot

2 cups pressed rice flakes (poha)

½ cup sprouted brown gram, (matki)

For faster preparation

Sprout the brown gram and blanch the day before and refrigerate.

How to go about it

Make the dough, soak the pohaand make the rotis. Finish making the poha and blend the power drink in the end.
