By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bombay duck (bombil), Fresh coriander-garlic paste Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Bombil Fry 250 grams Bombay duck (bombil) , marinated with turmeric powder and salt 1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh coriander-garlic paste 1 tablespoon Mixed masala 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to shallow fry Oil for coating Semolina (rawa/suji) to garnish Onion rings to garnish Lemon slices to garnish Fresh mint leaves Method Take Bombay duck in a bowl, add coriander-garlic paste, mixed masala and turmeric powder and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan. Spread semolina on a plate. Coat each Bombay duck with semolina, place in the pan and shallow-fry, turning sides, till evenly golden brown and crisp on both sides. Drain and arrange them on a serving platter.
