Chocolate Cups These chocolate cups make an excellent dessert when filled with seasonal fruits. This recipe has featured on the show Khanakhazana. For this take chocolate in a smaller bowl and place it in a bigger pan filled with water and heat. Keep stirring to make a smooth mixture. The consistency should be thick. Take small moulds and grease them from the outside. (You can use muffin moulds.) Chill them for a while. Keep them upside down on a flat plate. You can also use plastic cups greased from inside. Pour chocolate on top the greased moulds and let it settle. You can also pour chocolate in the plastic cups and rotate till the chocolate settles all round and remove the excess. Keep these in the fridge for fifteen minutes. Remove, demould and use as desired.
