Add green chillies and chicken. Mix again. Add onion, carrot, salt and coriander leaves and mix well. Place 4 bread slices on worktop. Spread mayonnaise mixture on them and cover each with one of the remaining slices. Apply 1 tsp mayonnaise on each side of 2 sandwiches and grill them on a hot non stick pan till crisp.
