By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Matcha powder, Fresh cream Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Matcha Coconut Ice Cream 3 tablespoons Matcha powder 2 cups Fresh cream 1 cup Condensed milk 1 cup Coconut cream 1 cup Desiccated coconut 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence Method Put fresh cream in a blender jar, add condensed milk, coconut cream, desiccated coconut, vanilla essence and matcha powder and blend into a fine mixture. Transfer the mixture into an air tight container with a tight fitting lid and freeze for 6-7 hours or till set.
