Oatmeal ke Laddoo These healthy laddoos made with oats and jaggery get ready in no time. This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rolled oats, White Sesame Seeds Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Oatmeal ke Laddoo 1 cup Rolled oats 2-3 tablespoon White Sesame Seeds 2 tablespoon assorted nuts(pistachios and almonds) 3 tablespoon Ghee 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1 cup Jaggery (gur) roughly chopped 1 cup Khoya/mawa Method Dry roast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan till lightly browned. Add oats and roast on low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously. Add assorted nuts and mix well. Add ghee and mix welland sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add cardamom powder, jaggery and cook till the jaggery melts. Add 2-3 tbsps water and mix well. Add khoya, mix well and cook till khoya melts. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and cool for 2-3 minutes. Shape the mixture into laddoos. Arrange the laddoos on a serving plate and serve immediately.
