Remove from heat and set aside. Combine cherry tomatoes, onions, cottage cheese, olive oil, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl and refrigerate for twenty minutes. Top each toasted slice with generous amount of the tomato mixture. Top with tamarind chutney and serve immediately.
