By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Parmesan cheese powder Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Parmesan Crusted Chicken 300 grams Boneless chicken breasts cut into thin slices 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese powder 1 tablespoon Garlic paste 1 teaspoon Onion powder 1 teaspoon Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon Paprika to taste Salt 1 pinch Black peppercorns crushed 3/4 cup Dried breadcrumbs 1 tablespo to garnish Fresh parsley chopped 2 Eggs to deep fry Oil to serve Tartar sauce Method Take chicken slices in a bowl, add garlic paste, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and crushed black peppercorns, mix well and set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan. Spread breadcrumbs in a plate, add parmesan cheese powder, salt and parsley and mix well with a light hand. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and whisk well. Dip each marinated chicken piece in the egg mixture, coat with breadcrumbs- parmesan cheese mixture, slide into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
