Heat 1 tsp ghee in non stick pan.
Grind green peas with 2-3 tbsps water in a blender till smooth.
Add dalia in the pan and sauté till translucent. Add pea puree and mix well. Add remaining ghee, mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add ½ cup milk and stir to mix. Add remaining milk and stir again. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
Lower heat and add pistachios and sugar. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour into individual stemmed glasses and serve chilled garnished with chopped blanched pistachios.
