By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Semolina (rawa/suji), Bread slices Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Rawa Toast 100 grams Semolina (rawa/suji) 4 Bread slices to taste Salt 1/2 cup Yogurt 1 Small onion chopped 1 Medium tomato chopped 1 Medium green capsicum chopped 2-3 Fresh red chillies chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 4 tablespoons Butter as required Processed cheese grated as required White sesame seeds to serve Tomato ketchup Method Take semolina in a bowl, add salt and yogurt and mix well. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Add onion, tomato, capsicum, red chillies and coriander leaves and mix well. Place each white bread slice on the worktop and spread a generous portion of the semolina mixture evenly on it. To cook each slice, heat 1 tbsp butter in a non-stick pan on medium heat, when the butter melts, place a slice in it, with the mixture side facing up. Sprinkle some cheese and some white sesame seeds on it. When the underside turns golden, flip and cook till the other side turns golden brown.
