Add cinnamon sticks and star anise. Prick pumpkin fingers, add to the water and cook till soft. Drain and set aside to cool. Put chocolate in a bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Place a butter paper on a tray. Dip the pumpkin fingers in the melted chocolate so that they are evenly coated and keep them on the tray. Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set for 2-3 minutes.
