This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 May 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Schezwan Chicken Pakora Main Ingredients Chicken, Schezwan Chutney Cuisine Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients 350 grams boneless chicken, cut into strips 4 teaspoons schezwan chutney 10-15 garlic cloves 1½ inch ginger ¼ cup curry leaves Oil to deep fry ½ cup rice flour Salt to taste Method Grind garlic, ginger and curry leaves with a little water and put the paste in a bowl. Add schezwan chutney and chicken strips and mix well. Add a little water and mix and set aside to marinate for ½ hour. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Place rice flour in a plate, add a little salt and mix well. Roll the chicken strips in this, dust off excess flour, slide into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
