By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken legs, Fennel powder Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Sofiyani Chicken Tikka 300 grams Boneless chicken legs cut into 1 inch cubes 2 teaspoons Fennel powder 1 tablespoon Hung yogurt 1 tablespoon Coriander-mint paste 2 teaspoons Roasted gram flour 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 1/2 teaspoons Green chilli paste 2 teaspoons Mustard oil to taste Sal 1 to taste Mayonnaise to grease Refined oil for basting Butter for garnish Onion rings for garnish Lemon wedges to serve Green chutney Method Take chicken pieces in a bowl, add hung yogurt, coriander-mint paste, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, green-chilli paste, fennel powder, mustard oil, salt and mayonnaise and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes. Preheat the air fryer to 200˚C. Grease the air fryer basket with oil, arrange the marinated chicken pieces in it, fit the basket to the fryer and air fry for 15minutes. Remove the cooked chicken pieces from the air fryer and baste with butter.
