By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Soya Nuggets, Coconut Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 6 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Soya Kurma 2 cups Soya Nuggets 1/2 cup Coconut grated 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Aniseeds (saunf) 2 large Onion chopped 2 large Tomato chopped 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Garam masala 1/4 cup Oil for garnish Fresh coriander leaves a few Curry leaves Method Soak Soya nuggets in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and blend to a smooth paste. Heat oil in non stick pan, fry mustard seeds, aniseed and onions. Saute till light brown. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala. When the oil separates add the soya paste. Add coconut and little water. Allow the mixture to boil.
