By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Fresh yeast Cuisine Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Thin Crust Pizza 1 1/2 cups Refined flour (maida) 20 grams Fresh yeast 1 teaspoon Sugar 1 tablespo for brushing Oil as required Pizza sauce as required Button mushrooms sliced as required Sweet corn kernels boiled as required Fresh jalapenos sliced as required Chicken sausages diagonally sliced as required Mozzarella cheese block Method Take refined flour in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add fresh yeast in it. Add sugar and some warm water and mix. Add 1 tbsp oil and knead into a dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C. Dust the work top with flour and keep the dough on it. Knock back the dough and divide the dough into equal portions. Place each of the portions on the worktop and roll into thin discs. Brush oil on each base, spread tomato sauce, top with sliced mushrooms, sweet corn, fresh jalapenos and chicken sausages. Grate mozzarella cheese on top.
