Tomato Melon Gazpacho Tomato Melon Gazpacho is a refreshing and flavorful chilled soup that combines the sweetness of ripe tomatoes and melons with the tang of vinegar and the freshness of herbs. By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Dec 2014 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Tomatoes, Musk melon Cuisine Fusion Course Soups Prep Time 10-15 minutes Cook time 0-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 4 medium tomatoes 1 small musk melon, peeled 1 white bread slice Salt to taste ¼ tsp black pepper powder 7-8 fresh basil leaves ½ tsp Tabasco sauce Juice of ½ lemon 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil A small bunch of curly parsley Method Roughly chop tomatoes. Halve the melon and remove the seeds from one half. Further cut it into big pieces. Put both tomatoes and melon into a mixer jar. Tear bread slice and add along with salt, black pepper powder, basil leaves, Tabasco sauce, lemon juice and ½ cup chilled water and blend till smooth. Add extra virgin olive oil and blend for some more time. Strain into a bowl. Place the curly parsley in the centre of a serving bowl and pour the soup all around it and serve. You can also pour into individual shot glasses. Chill and serve.
