Ingredients list for Chilli Cheese Pizza Toast
- 4 Green Capsicum
- for cooking Cheese
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 2 medium Onions finely chopped
- 1/2 medium Green capsicum finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Method
- Heat a little oil in a non stick grill pan. Place each pizza base in it and cook on a low heat flipping sides till grill marks appear on it.
- Mix together cheese, onions, green capsicum, green chillies, black peppercorns, salt and coriander leaves in a bowl.
- Spread this mixture on the pizza bases. Place each pizza in the grill pan and cook on low heat till the cheese melts.
- Cut into 8 pieces. Transfer the pizza pieces onto a serving plate and serve hot.
