Heat the sizzler plate. Boil flat noodles till al dante. Drain and refresh in cold water. Heat oil in a wok. Add spring onion, French beans, carrot and stir.
Add cabbage, flat noodles, salt, chilli sauce, soy sauce and toss. Add pepper powder and MSG. Dissolve cornstarch in four tablespoons of water.
Toss noodles with two spoons. Add a little water, capsicum and the dissolved cornstarch. Mix. Put the hot sizzler plate on its wooden base.
Put moist noodles onto the hot plate. Sprinkle some vinegar on it and serve immediately.
