Split milk, Semolina (rawa/suji)

  • Split milk
    1 cup
  • Semolina (rawa/suji)
    5 tablespoons
  • Scraped coconut
    2 tablespoons
  • Ginger chopped
    2 tablespoons
  • Onion chopped
    2 tablespoons
  • Garlic chopped
    1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Sugar Free
    1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
    1 tablespoon
  • Milk
    2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil
    for cooking
  • Sichuan sauce
    1 teaspoon


Step 1

For making the batter, put split milk in a bowl, add semolina, coconut, ginger, onion, garlic, salt, sugar free, coriander leaves and milk and mix well.

Step 2

Heat a little oil in a non stick pan, pour a small portion of the batter and spread to a small uttapam. Cover and cook till underside is done. Spread Sichuan sauce and serve hot.
