By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Chicken drumsticks, Ginger-garlic paste Cuisine Parsi Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Farcha 8 Chicken drumsticks 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste 3 teaspoons Coriander powder 2 teaspoons Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoons Turmeric powder 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder to taste Black peppercorns , crushed to taste Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice to deep fry Oil 1 cup Breadcrumbs 3 Eggs , beaten to garnish Onion rings to garnish Lemon slices to garnish Fresh mint leaves Method Take chicken drumsticks in a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, crushed peppercorns and salt and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate and coat the marinated chicken drumsticks with it. Take beaten eggs in a bowl. Dip each coated chicken drumstick in beaten eggs, slide into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
