By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Kidney Beans, Boneless Mutton Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Mutton Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Beans With Meat 1 cup Kidney Beans soaked for 24 hours and drained. 500 grams Boneless Mutton cut into small pieces 1 1/2 tablespoons Ghee 2 medium Onions chopped 1/2 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon Coriander powder 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 1/4 cup Tomato puree 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder Method Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add onions and sauté for two minutes. Add mutton cubes and saute for seven to eight minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for two to three minutes. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and tomato puree. Mix well and saute on medium heat for three to four minutes. Add kidney beans and mix well. Saute or six to seven minutes. Add six cups of water and garam masala powder and mix well. Cover and cook till six to seven whistles are given out. Wait till the pressure reduces completely to uncover the cooker. Serve hot.
