Ingredients list for Bread Sev Puri

  • 4 Brown Bread Slices
  • 1/2 cup Sev blanched
  • 2 large Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 2 medium Onions,chopped
  • as required Green chutney
  • as required Red chilli Garlic Chutney
  • as required Sweet date and tamarind chutney
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Chaat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 small Raw mango chopped
  • 1 cup Sev
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Using a small round cookie cutter cut roundels from brown bread slices, press them lightly and place them in a non stick pan and toast them till golden and crisp. Mix corn and potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Arrange the bread roundels on a serving plate, put some potato-corn mixture on each of them and press lightly.
  3. Top it with onions, green chutney, red chilli garlic chutney, tamarind chutney. Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, fine sev, raw mango and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
