Mix corn and potatoes in a bowl. Arrange the bread roundels on a serving plate, put some potato-corn mixture on each of them and press lightly. Top it with onions, green chutney, red chilli garlic chutney, tamarind chutney. Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, fine sev, raw mango and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
