By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Oct 2015 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Ginger Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 1 medium cauliflower, grated 1 1/2 inch ginger piece, chopped 15-20 garlic cloves 3 green chillies 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida Salt to taste 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 2 tablespoons yogurt 8-10 cashewnuts, roasted and crushed Method Chop ginger, garlic and green chillies in a chopper. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida and sauté till golden. Add ginger-garlic-green chillies and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add cauliflower and mix well. Add salt, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix. Cover and cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Add yogurt and mix. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with cashewnuts and serve.
