Try out tasty Chicken Popcorn with a crunchy Bhindi Kurkuri and a very unique Watermelon Shaslik.
Shopping list
2 chicken breasts
1 packet chaat masala
100 grams cornflour
100 grams breadcrumbs
1 medium watermelon
1 bottle rose syrup
1 bottle red chilli sauce
500 grams ladyfingers
For faster preparation
Slice the chicken into thin diagonal pieces and marinate them with ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, crushed black peppercorns, chaat masala, lemon juice, egg and refined flour. Grind the cornflakes and breadcrumbs into a powder. Coat chicken pieces with the breadcrumb mixture and refrigerate. Slice the lady fingers into tiny strips add all the masalas to it and mix well. Peel the watermelon and cut into cubes and deseed them. Dry roast the sesame seeds and make the marinate for shaslik.
How to go about it
Deep-fry the chicken popcorn and lady fingers till crisp. String the watermelon in the satay stick and pour the prepared marinate on top of the shaslik.
