Prioritizing breakfast has not been a part of our everyday life since most of the time we are already running out of time. Running late for work? Skip the breakfast! This is what we usually do. First off, the word break-fast means breaking our overnight fast. The span of the last meal you had before going to bed and the very next meal you have after brushing your teeth is the longest you go without a bite in your belly.
