Shopping list
400 grams refined flour
200 grams pistachios 1 packet dry yeast
200 grams cheese
200 grams each dark chocolate, white chocolate
150 grams cottage cheese
2-3 fresh red chillies
2 packets fresh button mushrooms
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 large bunch fresh spinach
1 small bottle olive oil
1 bottle ponzu sauce
1 each red, green, yellow capsicums
1 large punnet fresh strawberries
For faster preparation
Knead the pizza dough by dissolving 5 gms yeast and 1¼ tsps sugar in 1 tablespoon lukewarm water and add to 2 cups refined flour and salt. Add ¾ cup chilled water and knead into a soft dough. Cover with damp cloth and set aside to double in size. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and knock back the dough lightly. Divide into 4 parts and use to make the calzones. Make the stuffing for the calzones and refrigerate. Prepare the chocolate dipped strawberries.
How to go about it
Install the calzones and place in oven to bake. In the other shelf of the oven place the chicken to bake.
