Delicious snacks in a jiffy

The best thing to do to take care of hunger pangs when you don’t have enough time to prepare an elaborate meal prepare these snacks which are really tasty and get made in 10 minutes.

Menu: Moong Dal Uttapam
Pyazi
Chimichurri Shrimps


Shopping list

500 grams of whole green gram
2-3 banana leaves
1 small packet of ajwain
1 small packet of chat masala
1 small packet of rice flour
400 grams of shrimps
250 grams of parsley
1 small packet of oregano
1 small bottle of red wine vinegar
1 small bottle of chilli flakes
1 small bottle of olive oil

For faster preparation

Soak the green gram overnight. Keep the batter ready. Keep the mixture ready for pyazi and shape them in balls. Make the chimichurri sauce and set aside.


How to go about it

Make the uttappam first. Then deep fry the pyazi. Finally toss the shrimps.
