MenuDhaniya Aur Tamatar Ka Shorba

Achari Gobhi

Coconut aur Kaju ka Sheera

Shopping list
1 bunch of coriander with roots
50 grams of black cardamom
50 grams of green cardamom
50 grams of fennel seeds
50 grams of cinnamon
50 grams of black peppercorns
1 cauliflower
1 small bottle of mustard oil
1 small packet of fenugreek seeds
1 small packet of fennel seeds
1 small packet of onion seeds
1 small bottle of asafoetida
400 grams of yogurt
2 fresh coconuts
100 grams of cashewnuts
1 small packet of saffron
200 grams of jaggery

For faster preparation
Cut the tomatoes and wash the coriander thoroughly for the soup. Separate the florets of cauliflower. Scrap the coconut and chop cashewnuts.

How to go about it
Pressure cook the soup. Start with the cauliflower. Finally finish the sheera.
