1 kilogram of refined flour

1 small packet of baking soda

1 small packet of baking powder

200 grams of yogurt

100 grams butter

50 grams of green cardamom

50 grams of black peppercorns

50 grams of bay leaf

1 small packet of Kashmiri red chilli powder

1 small packet of kasuri methi

200 ml of fresh cream

1 small packet of basil leaves

100 grams of green capsicum

1 small packet of onion seeds

200 grams of mushrooms

400 grams of mozzarella

500 grams of macaroni

250 grams of tomatoes

1 small packet of slice bread

8 pieces of rasmalai

1 small sachet of instant coffee powder

400 grams of mascarpone cheese

1 liter of whipping cream

500 grams of eggless sponge cake

1 packet of cocoa powder

100 grams of icing sugar

For faster preparation

Knead a soft dough for naan pizza by using flour, soda bi carbonate, baking powder, yogurt, sugar, butter and salt. Make the sauce by cooking the tomatoes with whole spices and finishing it with chilli powder and kasuri methi. Puree the sauce by discarding the bay leaf and set aside. Process the ingredients for the pizza toppings. Boil the macaroni in salt water along with oil, drain and set aside. Make the makhni sauce by pressure cooking the tomatoes along with garlic, ginger, cardamom, mace, red chilli powder, butter, then blend and strain it reduce it further and finish it with honey, cream, garam masala and kasoori methi powder. For garlic bread cut a slice of bread in three parts. Whip the whipping cream with mascarpone cheese and set aside. Cut the sponge cake into roundels. Make a coffee decoction. Assemble the tiramisu and refrigerate it.

How to go about it

Roll the dough in shape of a naan, spread the prepared sauce, add toppings and top it up with cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Toss the macaroni by making a sauce with butter, refined flour, milk, mozzarella cheese and spring onions. Apply a mixture of garlic and butter on the bread and toast it in an oven. Serve with the prepared makhni sauce and garlic bread. Dust icing sugar on the tiramisu, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
