Innovative recipes with Indian breads

Menu: From rotis to paranthas to any other Indian bread – these are a favourite with one and all, not just in India but even overseas as well. And what better when these very despreads are given a twist with some international ingredients. Try these – Chapatti Lasagna, Aloo Kulcha Pizza and Sichuan Egg Fried Rice Parantha. 


Shopping list

1 red capsicum

2 green capsicums

100 grams of butter

1 bottle black pepper powder

1 packet tomato puree

400 grams mozzarella cheese

1 packet baking powder

4 eggs

100 grams French beans

200 grams carrots

1 small bottle tomato ketchup

1 bunch spring onions


For faster preparation

Preheat the oven. Cut the vegetables for all the recipes. Prepare white sauce for lasagne. Boil the potatoes. Grate the mozzarella cheese. Make the dough for pizza. Cook the rice.

How to go about it

Assemble the lasagne and put it for baking. Cook the pizza with toppings. Prepare the mixture for parantha, make the dough and finish them. Serve hot.
