Menu: Fresh Mini Pita
Shopping list
500 grams of refined flour
1 packet of yeast
500 grams of chickpeas
200 grams of yogurt
1 small bottle of tahini paste
250 grams of split red lentils
500 grams of bulgur wheat
1 small bottle of extra virgin olive oil
1 packet of vegetable stock
1 bottle of all spice powder
For faster preparation
Soak the chickpeas overnight. Hung yogurt. Soak the lentils and bulgur wheat.
How to go about it
Start with the pita first. Till the first proving of pita cook the pilaf. Then divide the pita into equal portions and let it prove. Till the second proving of the pita finish the dip. Finally bake the pita.
