Everybody loves popcorn and here we present it to you in 3 different avatars which will give you a brand new take on this entertainment staple. Take a look at these quick cool popcorn recipes.

Cauliflower Popcorns
Popcorn Crunch Sundae

Shopping list

500 grams of corn kernels
1 small packet of nylon sev
1 large cauliflower
1 small packet of dried mango powder
300 grams of refined flour
300 grams of maize flour
1 small packet of baking soda
1 small packet of chaat masala
1 litre chocolate icecream
100 grams of roasted peanuts
1 bottle of light corn syrup
1 bottle of chocolate sauce

For faster preparation

For popcorn bhel pop the corn, chop the vegetables and set aside. Process the cauliflower and set aside. Make the sauce for sundae.

How to go about it

Prepare the batter and deep fry the  florets. Toss the bhel and serve. Finish the popcorn sundae.
