200 grams paneer
1 small bottle of chilli flakes
1.5 kilogram plums
1 small packet of amchur powder
1 small bottle of honey
150 grams of prunes
750 grams of basmati rice
50 grams of almonds
50 grams of pistachios
1 packet of arrowroot biscuits
1 small packet of brown sugar
800 grams of yogurt
For faster preparation
For paneer deseed and roughly chop the plums. Prepare the plum puree with the spices and set aside. Prepare the phirni and set aside to chill. Process the nuts for phirni. For crumble hang the yogurt. Prepare the biscuit mixture for the crumble.
How to go about it
Start by cooking the plums for crumble and fill in the glasses. Then finish the paneer in plum sauce. Garnish the phirni with nuts and serve.
