Stir-fries are meant to be quick, hot and delicious; these three recipes are just that and more. Healthy and tasty these tossed up recipes get made in no time and with a bowl or rice or a salad they make a complete meal.

Menu: Stir Fry Lotus Root With Black Pepper
Mango And Shrimp Stir Fry
Pineapple Pepper Stir Fry

Shopping list

1 lotus root
150 grams of French beans
250 grams cornflour
100 grams snow peas
1 celery stick
2 ripe mangoes
200 grams shrimps
1 small bottle of soy sauce
1 small bottle of sesame oil
1.25 kilogram of red bell pepper
1 pineapple
1 yellow capsicum
1 green capsicum
1 small bottle of red chilli sauce
1 small bottle of crushed red chillies
1 small bottle of honey

For faster preparation

For lotus root process the vegetables and set aside. Fry the lotus root. Cut the red pepper for the shrimp stir fry. Marinate the shrimps and set aside. Cut the peppers and pineapple.

How to go about it

First toss the lotus root. Then start by tossing the pineapple pepper stir fry. Finish with the shrimps tossing.
