Shopping list

100 grams of split pigeon pea
100 grams of split Bengal gram
100 grams of split red lentil
100 grams of split green gram skinless
1 packet of rasam powder
1 packet of tamarind paste
1 small packet of asafoetida
1 small packet of peanuts
1 packet of dry red chillies
3 fresh coconuts
2 banana leaves
1 fresh pineapple
1 small packet of tamarind
1 small bottle of coconut oil
1 small packet of sesame seeds

For faster preparation

Pressure cook all the dals for rasam. Prepare the lemon rice mixture and stuff it in the banana leaves, set aside. Make the paste for ananas

How to go about it

Start with ananas then finish the rasam. Finally pan sear the banana leaves.
