200 grams small deveined prawns
2-3 chicken stock cubes/chicken bones for chicken stock

1 packet of Thai red curry paste
2 lemon grassstalks

1 packet Jasmine rice
50 grams fresh basil leaves
250 grams green peas
250 grams broccoli
200 grams carrot
1 packet white pepper powder
1 bunch spring onion
4 ripe bananas
100 grams butter
1 small packet brown sugar
50 grams black sesame seeds
For faster preparation
Prepare chicken stock, cut mushrooms in half. Chop ginger, garlic, lemongrass and onion. Cook jasmine rice. Roughly chop basil. Chop onion, garlic and spring onion greens. Cut broccoli into florets and blanch. Cut dices of carrot and blanch. Toast the sesame seeds.
How to go about it
Finish the soup. Toss the rice and finish the dessert.
