By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 May 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Puff pastry dough , Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Puff Tart 200 grams Puff pastry dough for dusting Refined flour (maida) for greasing Butter for brushing Milk for sprinkling Brown sugar 3 tablespoons Cream cheese 3 tablespoons Icing sugar 4-5 Strawberries as required Blueberries for garnish Fresh mint sprigs Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Dust some dry flour on the worktop, keep the puff pastry dough on it and roll out into a semi-thin sheet. Trim the sides to shape it into a rectangle. Further cut the rectangle sheet into 1½ inch squares. Grease a baking tray with some butter, place the squares on it, brush some milk over them and sprinkle some brown sugar on top. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 7-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool. Take cream cheese in a bowl, add icing sugar, whisk well and fill it into a piping bag fitted with a flat nozzle. Slice the strawberries. Place the baked puffs on a serving platter. Pipe out some cream cheese-icing sugar mixture over each square and place one strawberry slice and few blueberries on top.
