Peel the mangoes; mash and strain the pulp. Blend together mango pulp, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and nutmeg powder to a smooth paste. Pour spoonful of prepared mango paste into individual glasses. Add lots of ice cubes and top with chilled water.
