Ingredients for Air-fried Masala Chana Recipe

  • Chickpeas boiled in salted water and peeled 2 cups

  • Pani Puri Masala 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Pani puri masala 2 teaspoons

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Put salt, chaat masala, pani puri masala and red chilli powder in a bowl and mix well. Add olive oil and chickpeas and mix well.

Step 2

Place the chickpeas in an air fryer basket and cook at 180º C for 20-25 minutes.

Step 3

Transfer the masala chana onto a serving plate and serve or store them in an airtight container upto 3 days and serve when required.
