By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Aug 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken on Bone, Carom Seeds Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Ajwaini Murg 750 grams Chicken on Bone cut into 1 inch pieces on the bone 1/2 cup Carom Seeds 1 tablespoon Carom seeds (ajwain) 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 cup Fresh cream 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Mix chicken pieces with carom seeds, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli flakes and salt in a bowl and set aside to marinate for thirty minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken pieces and sear on high heat for eight to ten minutes. Add cream and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for five to six minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
