By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Aug 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Oil Cuisine Parsi Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Akuri 4 Eggs 2 teaspoons Oil 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped, 1 tablespoon + ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon Cumin powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Butter 4 Bread toasts Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and green chillies and sauté till onion turns golden. Add tomato and sauté for 1 minute. Add 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and sauté for 30 seconds. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and cumin powder, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Break eggs into a bowl, beat well and add to pan along with salt, Mix lightly for 1 minute. Add butter and remaining coriander leaves and mix well. Cut bread toasts into triangles.
