By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Jul 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Millet flour (bajre ka atta) Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Aloo Bajra Puri 2 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 1 cup Millet flour (bajre ka atta) pearl to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Roasted peanuts powder 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 teaspoons Ginger-green chilli paste to deep fry Oil Method Mix together potatoes, salt, peanut powder, coriander leaves and ginger-green chilli paste in a bowl. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add millet flour to the potato mixture and knead well to a semi soft dough. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, shape into balls and roll out into thick puris. Slide the puris, one at a time, into hot oil and deep-fry till puffed. Drain on absorbent paper.
