Aloo Cheese Sandwich A deliciously satisfying treat that combines crispy potato (aloo) and green chutney between two slices of bread, creating a comforting and flavorful snack. By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium potatoes, Processed cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 3 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled 150 grams processed cheese block 8 bread slices Butter as required Green chutney as required Salt to taste Chaat masala powder as required Red chilli flakes as required Sev for garnish Tomato ketchup for garnish Method Apply butter on one side of the bread slices, and apply green chutney on the same side. Slice the potatoes and arrange it on the prepared bread, sprinkle salt, chaat masala powder, red chilli flakes. Grate cheese on top. Apply butter on both sides of the remaining bread slices and cover the prepared bread to make a sandwich. Heat a non-stick griller, grease the base of it with butter and place the prepared sandwiches on it. Grill till golden brown and crisp.
