By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium potatoes, Whole wheat flour Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 3 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated ½ cup refined flour (maida) ½ cup whole wheat flour Salt to taste ½ teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain) 1 tablespoon oil + to deep fry Subzi for serving Method In a parat, add the potatoes, salt, carom seeds (ajwain), whole wheat flour, and refined flour. Mix well. Add 1 tablespoon oil; knead to semi soft dough. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions, shape into a ball. Apply a little oil on the surface and place the dough ball. Roll it into a circle, keep aside. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, gently add the prepared puris and fry till golden brown and crisp.
