By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potato, Kootoo ka Atta Cuisine Uttar Pradesh Course Breads Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Aloo Puri 4 medium Potato boiled and mashed 1 cup Kootoo ka Atta sifted 1cup for dusting Rajgire ka atta sifted 6-7 Green chilli paste to taste Salt to deep fry Oil 1 cup Yogurt Method Combine both the flours in a plate along with potatoes, chillies and salt. Keep dusting flour separate. Knead to stiff dough. Cover and keep aside for resting for ten to fifteen minutes. Again knead the dough to make it soft, divide it into twenty equal portions. Roll each portion it to small puri, if difficult to roll dust it with flour. Do it same for remaining puris. Heat sufficient oil in kadai. Deep fry puris in to batches of two-three until golden brown. Serve hot with yogurt.
